Can you provide us a sample? Is it free?
Samples for standard items are free; we only charge the express fee properly. If you have a freight collect account (like FedEx, DHL, or TNT), no express fee is needed. Customized samples require a sample fee.
What is the lead time for samples?
If we are not in the busy season, your ordered samples will be sent out within 3-10 days.
What is the lead time for delivery?
In general, we can manufacture orders of up to a few thousand items within 15-30 days after the order confirmation is fixed.
Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
Yes. You can either send your label design to us and we will produce and attach them, or send us your finished labels to be placed on the items.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Regarding OEM service, the general MOQ for each design is 1,000 pcs per color for the best price. For special requests with a lower MOQ, please contact us to check available solutions with our warehouse and fabric suppliers.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T or L/C. Our standard terms are a 30% deposit before production and the 70% balance before shipping.
