Order Processing

Orders are processed systematically from performance invoice to production. We provide design guidance, sample creation for quality checks (fabric, printing, color matching, and hemming), followed by bulk production and efficient shipping updates.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you make a sample for me?

We strongly advise doing sample prints of your new artwork. This step is ideal to test colours and outcomes of your digital files on the fabrics of your choice. Once approved, larger orders can be placed with confidence.

How can I optimize my design files for printing?

Ensure files are RGB (sRGB or Adobe RGB 1998), minimum resolution of 180dpi (max 300dpi), and correct scale. All layers should be flattened and saved with no compression.

What is the typical delivery time?

Sample making takes around two weeks. Bulk production for homeware and accessories is three to four weeks, while garment production takes around 40-45 days after sample confirmation.

What are your payment terms?

For small payments below 500USD, we suggest full payment. For larger orders, we typically accept a 30% to 50% down payment before production and the remaining balance before shipping.

Can you help with customs clearance?

Yes, we offer customs clearance files including Invoice, contract, and packing list. Shipping by express also provides door-to-door service and assistance with customs.

Is my design safe with your company?

We will not offer any designs without your permission. We are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement before cooperation to ensure your intellectual property is protected.
