Free for standard items; you only need to cover the Express fee. If you provide a freight account (Fedex, DHL, TNT), no fee is charged. Customized samples require a sample fee.

Samples typically take 5-7 days. For mass production, orders of up to a few thousand items are generally completed within 15-30 days after confirmation.
Can I add my own label and logo to the products?
Yes. You can either send us your design for us to manufacture, or provide finished labels for us to attach to your items.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For OEM services, the general MOQ is 500pcs per color. For smaller requests, sublimation printing options may be available.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
We accept T/T, L/C, or 30% deposit before production with the balance before shipping. Shipping options include FedEx, DHL, UPS, sea, air, train, or truck.
