Free for standard items; only the Express fee is charged properly. Customized samples require a sample fee.
What is the lead time for samples?
Ordered samples will typically be sent out within 3-10 days depending on the season.
What is the lead time for bulk delivery?
Generally, orders up to a few thousand items can be manufactured within 15-30 days after confirmation.
Can I use my own label and logo?
Yes. You can send us your design for us to produce, or send us your finished labels to apply to the items.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For OEM services, the general MOQ is 1000pcs per color. For smaller requests, please contact us to check available solutions.
What are your payment terms?
T/T, L/C, or 30% deposit before production with the 70% balance due before shipping.
