Our production lines are equipped with automatic and semi-automatic technology. We operate 4 automatic washing lines for down and feather processing, over 100 sets of sewing machines, and 125 single-needle quilting machines. Additionally, we have specialized lines for polyester carding and auto-polyfiber filling.
In 2017, we expanded into foam processing for PU and memory foam, including molded pillows and CNC contour cutting. All products meet international standards with certifications including OEKO Class I, BSCI, GRS, DOWNPASS, RDS, and ISO9001.
