Exterior Wall Installation Method
Preparation: Install supporting aluminum accessories on the back of the board based on design requirements.
Wall Marking: Clean the wall surface and mark position lines for the steel frames.
Keel Installation: Fix angle iron and vertical square steel tubes. Ensure perpendicularity using hanging steel wires.
Board Mounting: Use aluminum accessories to connect panels to the keel, adjusting horizontal and vertical alignment.
Joint Treatment: Use fiber cement powder mixing glue to fill seams and apply special coating.
Partition Wall Installation
Fix top and bottom keels with expansion bolts.
Align vertical keels (generally spaced at 612mm).
Cut board material about 10mm lower than wall height.
Fix boards using tapping screws with 200~250mm intervals.
Keep a 4mm expansion seam between boards.
Floor Board Installation
Steel Structure Selection: For spans within 8m, use 15H steel for main beams and #10 channel beam for secondary beams.
Polish welding seams flat before laying boards.
Longitudinal direction of boards should be parallel to the main beam.
Leave a 3-5mm gap between boards.
Use countersunk head tapping screws (M5*45mm) for fastening.
